Plein air at Bridges Ranch near Wimberley, TX
Today the Plein Air Austin group was very lucky that one of its members, Trish Bridges, was generous enough to allow us to paint on her beautiful ranch up near Wimberley. The photo below shows our hostess (standing) with Carol Sikes, who is painting a great old silo and small shed.
It was fun to see familiar faces and meet some new folks too. There were a million beautiful vistas to paint and so it was hard to settle on just one or two! Here's the first place where I painted a little study:

ReplyDeleteoh my I haven't been to you site is way to long I LOVE LOVE LOVE the gas pump painting - you simplified it so well and just kept the best parts and it still is very YOU!! beautiful work!! I'm so happy for you painting...
