I'm really enjoying messing about with the watercolors! I painted this from a recent snapshot when we were exploring Lake Anza, which feels like being hours from civilization but is just 15 minutes away.
I love the way you lay in blocks of color and how you "see" colors in the grays and black and white.. I am amazed at what you can do with watercolor not having used them fro awhile.
